🔸食材：

✔️司康餅皮：中筋粉200克玉米澱粉50克奶粉10克糖粉20克鹽1克泡打粉5克黃油50克（油/糖可減量）雞蛋一個去殼約50克牛奶60克

✔️酥粒：低粉20克杏仁粉20克細砂糖20克黃油20克

✔️自製草莓醬適量

🔸做法：

1️⃣準備好食材.將麵粉➕奶粉➕糖粉➕泡打粉➕鹽➕黃油，放料理機充分攪打成細沙狀.加入雞蛋、牛奶攪打勻能成團即可，麵糰裹保鮮膜冷凍約半小時

2️⃣中途來做酥粒部分.將低粉杏仁粉細砂糖黃油，抓捏混合成顆粒狀冷藏備用

3️⃣取出司康餅皮分成55克一個，約八份.放入模具用拇指貼合模具壓成碗裝，舀一勺草莓醬表面撒酥粒

4️⃣放入預熱好的烤箱中下層，上下火180°烘烤25分鐘.出爐晾涼脫模

🔸Ingredients:

✔️Scone crust: 200g all-purpose flour, 50g corn starch, 10g milk powder, 20g powdered sugar, 1g salt, 5g baking powder, 50g butter (oil/sugar can be reduced), 1 shelled egg, about 50g, 60g milk

✔️Crisp grains: 20g low flour, 20g almond powder, 20g granulated sugar 20g butter

✔️Homemade strawberry jam

🔸Method:

1️⃣Prepare the ingredients. Put flour + milk powder + sugar powder + baking powder + salt + butter in a food processor and beat them into fine sand. Add eggs and milk and beat until they are doughy. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and freeze for about half an hour

2️⃣Make the crispy grains part halfway. Mix the low-flour almond powder, fine sugar and butter into granules and refrigerate for later use

3️⃣Take out the scone crust and divide it into 55g each, about eight portions. Put it into the mold and press it into a bowl with your thumb. Sprinkle a spoonful of strawberry jam on the surface and sprinkle the crispy grains

4️⃣Put it in the middle and lower layer of the preheated oven and bake it at 180° for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool and demould
